The fabric of the American society is marbled by a constant slaughter of innocent men, women and children by fanatics using battle field weapons. It seems that not a day goes by without another report of a multiple shooting incident. And it seems that those who provide the weapons have no conscience about how they make the weapons available.
Brian O’Neill was on a quest to put billionaires who straddled the legal-illegal line in prison. His quest focused on Remi Frensby a person who had setup a large network of gun shops across the US.
From little on Remi had a gun in his hand. He had learned to shoot when he was five and had absorbed the belief that gun ownership was a right that everyone should have. He had been told that it was not the gun that was at fault it was the person doing the shooting. He was not taught to differentiate between a hunter who legally owned a weapon for hunting or the person who owned five AR 15 for “recreation” purposes.
Over the years he built a gun shop empire across the country and made a fortune. He straddled the line between legal and illegal actions and for years this had made him a fortune. Then he discovered that someone was checking into his business practices.
It took some time before he found out the name of that person. He decided that he needed to eliminate that individual.
He hired the best available assassin. The target, one Brian O’Neill, not only survived the attempt but killed the assassin in such a fashion that the finger of guilt pointed back to him. He knew then that he needed to leave the country and go somewhere where he would be safe.
He prepared to leave the country on his seventy-five-foot yacht.
His plans seemed fool proof. He hired enough body guards that he felt that wherever he ended up he would have a small heavily armed group of protectors.
The yacht was sailing out into the Gulf of Mexico when there was shooting that came from on board shooters, he saw speed boats approaching from behind the yacht and two helicopters overhead.
His small army seemed to be holding their own and he was only a few miles from the international twelve-mile border. He felt certain he would make his escape. Then suddenly one of his people was shot and as he fell down his slug loaded shot gun puncture one of the gasoline barrels that was stored on the main deck and the entire front of the yacht went up in flames.
He decided it was time to abandon the yacht. The last thing he remembered after jumping was that he was drowning and realized he was going to die.
The fact that the person that he had tried to kill had saved him had a profound effect on him. Even though he knew that this person was the one that had exposed his illegal actions and that he was going to face time in prison he bequeathed his yacht and his most treasured gun shop to him.

The Maite’s Cleaning van slowly approached the US- Mexican border crossing. Six people were laying in a false bottom chamber below the cleaning van bed. They were scared, silent and praying.
Maite’s parents had both been working class people. They had legally emigrated to the United States when she was twelve and settled in Laredo, Texas.
She was well versed in what her mother did because she had often accompanied her when she was younger. She decided that she would open up a cleaning service.
Cleaning provided a legitimate reason for her trucks entering Mexico and returning to the US. Smuggling soon provided the main income for the business. Her fortune seemed to grow exponentially. She now had been in business for many years. She had accumulated a very large sum of money, and she was no longer doing any hands-on work.
Then an angry mood was triggered by a call she received from her snitch informer, who called to let her know that the young woman who had been arrested and detained after she had been smuggled into the US had been sponsored and whisked away by a person named Brian O’Neill.
She was personally worried that the person who had been whisked away might give away her smuggling operational secrets.
She was not usually a violent person but now she was willing to eliminate both the person who could potentially expose her operation and the person whose sponsorship had rescued her.
After two failed attempts and killing the person pursuing her, Maite hired an assassin to kill Brian.
She was sure that she had found the solution to her problems. She was surprised to learn that her sniper had failed and had died in a hail of bullets.
She was now desperate and decided to go to her new hideaway in the belief that she would be able to hideaway.
Instead, she is whisked away from her hideaway and brought back to into the US.
She is brought to court and is surprised to be charged for money laundering and not paying her taxes instead of the attempted murder that she had been expecting.
Found guilty, she points to her orange suit and mouth the famous line, “orange is the new black,” to Brian as she is led out of court on her way to prison.

From the moment they had first been picked up and carried away by Alex in the early morning as they tried to understand why their mother had taken them through the forest after leaving the cabin where she had been chained for as long as the two could remember, they had thought of her as their aunt.
The fact that she was black only meant that she was special. They grew up adoring her. They realized that Alex had been the one who brought them out of the forest into a new world of wonder.
As long as Linda and Lorie, both born in the cabin located deep in the Pennsylvania forest and raised by their mother who was chained to a ring in the center of the cottage, could remember their mother had painted, sang to them and had made sure they did their homework. Their mother took the best of care of them.
That had all changed. They had been introduced to grandparents that they met for the first time. They went to school where they met other kids in such large numbers that at first they were scared.
Their grandparents held a gathering where Alex and her friend Matt brought each of them a small gift. Matt turned out to be a great person to play Hooks and Ladder with. They liked him almost as much as their aunt Alex.
As they grew they also became friends with Nolan, Alex’s partner’s son who was the same age as themselves. The two of them argued with each other as who would get to marry him.
They learned later that Alex had invited their mother on a vacation to Maui. On this vacation, while walking on the beach, their mother met a man that they would later be proud to call their father. Their mother married Brian O’Neil and they like their mother were proud to become and O’Neil.
For them growing up on Maui was like growing up in paradise. They saw less of their aunt Alex and her mate Matt, but it was always a special moment when the two of them visited the island.
They had no idea how Alex could afford the magnificent home that she had that was right on the water front in a secluded area but they loved going there and swimming out between the rocks that formed a private entrance to the sea.
The years melted away. They both graduated early from high school and earned degrees from the University of Hawaii. They both decided that like Alex they wanted to be detectives but that seemed like it would be an impossibility. They approached Alex to see if she could give them a lead to getting into the business.
They were ecstatic to be made junior partners in Alex’s new venture into private practice.
They had just made the move to Oahu when they got a call that launched them head first into their first case. They were surprised but pleased that they were bringing the first case to Alex’s detective business.
The two of them brought the first case to Evercrest, McGregor, Smith and O’Brien Investigators and it was a case in which both of them learned that it was a dangerous profession where one face very real danger and could get shot.
