Viajante 7

Viajante 7

Three hundred years ago, the colony ship Viajante 7 fled a dying star, carrying a thousand souls in stasis toward a new home. To ensure their survival, the navigation crew endured a brutal cycle of waking and sleeping, giving up their own lives so that "The Seed" might plant roots on a distant blue jewel.

Light-years away and centuries later, NASA Space Navigator Ande is obsessed with a ghost in the cosmos. His rogue research points to a radical theory: human evolution has a massive, unexplained discontinuity—and an uncharted, tumbling object entering Earth's orbit holds the key.

Defying bureaucracy and risking everything, Ande and Lesley launch a desperate, unauthorized intercept mission into the void. What they find is an Empire State-sized behemoth—a scarred, silent space mausoleum drifting in the dark.

The crew is long gone. Their civilization is dead.

But as the spaceship lights flicker to life, Ande and his partner realize they aren't alone.

A lone, sentient AI has been waiting for them.

And it has a story to tell.

Step into the frozen corridors of Viajante 7—a sci-fi thriller that bridges two timelines, explores the staggering cost of survival, and questions what truly makes us human.  Perfect for fans of hard sci-fi, ancient astronaut mysteries, and tense, character-driven space exploration.

The Future Awaits

The Future Awaits

Emma looked into the eyes of the young man on the bed. She had successfully extracted he and two others from a blazing inferno and brought them five hundred years into the future. It was amazing to her that he and the two others had no major injuries. This was one of the most successful extractions that her team had experienced. Normally they ended up with broken bodies that seemed to have fallen from some great height.

She desperately needed healthy and physically able humans to send back into the past.

The human DNA was deteriorating and needed to be rejuvenated. Her team had sent several subjects into the past but there was no DNA improvement indication. Such a change was the only measure that the team had determined would indicate success.

Now these three had been brought forward and they were in excellent health and condition. The male came through in a conscious state. This was a first. He was given sedatives and put to sleep.

She wanted to keep him long enough to interview him to see what she could learn but she was overruled. The transmission into the past was to go on as scheduled.

The male to be sent back jumped from his bed and into the transmission pedestal. He was transmitted into the past. The two females were sent back on the next day.

The next extraction from the past yielded an even more dramatic scene. The extraction was for a young female. What arrived was the young female and an older male. He was not on the list for extraction. He came through wide awake and ready for combat. He declared that his name was Marshal and asked when in the future was he.

He was a surprise and one that from the very first challenged Emma’s understanding of the past. He it turned out was the father of the next two young men to be extracted. Emma knew from the beginning he was an anomaly that her team had somehow not planned for.

At almost the same time, the Aliens from another part of the galaxy came through a fold in space.

The fact that these beings had been able to utilize the infant technology that Emma was developing to move four massive spaceships carrying one billion of them made it clear to those on Earth that they were technologically out classed.

Earth denied the Aliens the right to settle and share the planet equally. They offered to accept a portion of the Aliens. This was not accepted and a major battle ensued.

Earth was on the losing end. It was desperate. Marshal used his war experience, the ancient weapons of the twenty and twenty-first century to successfully change the course of the battle. His son’s manipulation of the newly developed matter transmitter in a phoenix like turn in the battle to subdue the Aliens.

Marshal figured out a way to use the far future to put him back close to his own time. Once back he watches himself and his sons being pulled into the future.

He then goes to meet his wife of forty years to comfort her. She was the reason for his return to his own time.

The future would have to wait for him be ready to make the trip again.

Event Survivors

Event Survivors

When the ancient Aztec calendar predicted a world-ending climax, it wasn't warning of a spiritual awakening, but a literal, violent shifts of the planetary crust. An apocalyptic event echoed only by the deeply buried geological scars of Earth's prehistoric past.

Peering through the observation port of the international space station, a Russian cosmonaut named Sergio, an Englishman, and an American witness the unthinkable: the planet's rotation violently skews out of its axis, making the oceans and cities appear to rise directly into the heavens. As communications with ground control instantly go dark and their orbit falls completely out of synchronization, Sergio opens a hidden bottle of celebratory vodka to toast to their slow, inevitable demise. Below them, Earth's population of eight billion is instantly reduced to a mere handful of scattered souls, matching the exact numbers from when early mankind first emerged from the primordial forests.

For forty days and forty nights, relentless, torrential rains trap the lucky few in a dark, flooded world where survival is a matter of sheer luck.  Among the scattered remnants are an over-imbiber recovering in an isolated cave, two young boys hidden in a cavern, two lovers bound together by a joint medical miracle, and a dazed train passenger who survives a harrowing, tectonic journey across fractured continents.

As the rains finally break, these unique individuals emerge from their shelters, driven by a shared, unbreakable vision to find one another, rescue surviving animal species, and build a new world.

Thirty years later, under a brilliant sun, a unified, multicultural, and democratic society emerges from the ashes, guiding a population climbing back toward its first billion.

Event Survivors is a gripping, monumental, hard science fiction thriller that transforms a cataclysmic global apocalypse into a profoundly comforting, cozy-hearted celebration of human resilience, hope, and democratic unity.
