Savitar Collection

The Exidus  and the Reconnection

Two hundred and twenty million years ago, a cosmic encounter wiped out the ancient civilization of Mars. Now, as the Solar System completes its slow orbit around the edge of the Milky Way, Earth is squarely in the crosshairs of the exact same celestial threat. The Savitar Collection is an epic, deep-time science fiction saga that balances the staggering scale of a planetary rescue mission with a profoundly human story of loyalty, survival, and love. Follow an extraordinary crew of four thousand souls as they cut ties with a fractured Earth, build a new civilization in the stars, and fight to transform humanity’s greatest crisis into a future of enduring hope.

Savitar Collection

In Journey’s End the Martian Civilization faces the threat of a black hole. The threat devastates what they know as the Fourth Orb, Mars. That Civilization had a heroine who salvages what remains and in subsequent years attempts to re-establish colonies in the solar system. She fails and eventually she leads the Martians out beyond the Solar System to find a new home.

Two hundred million years pass and then Earth is faced with the same threat. However, Earth is farther advanced, and they have a hero that figures out how to capture the small black hole and harness its power. Getting to and then capturing the black hole is a technological, political and personal challenge with many twists and turns. Earth’s hero and his personal body guard face and overcome the challenges.

They finally overcome all, and the next phase is the exploration of the solar system.

They create a gigantic space vessel, the Savitar. It becomes the Switzerland of Space.

It’s scientists discover the presence of an ancient alien presence in the solar system.

Zack the first President of the Savitar agrees to investigate this presence as the first official act for the Savitar.

The photos of what seemed to be pictures of a city in the mantle of Mars and strange objects in the moons of Jupiter and Saturn presented by Dr. Craig Garrity convinced the leadership of the Savitar to take on the mission.

Janet’s comment on seeing the ring on Titan as “it must be a big dog to have ring that big to tie the chain to,” causes Zack to recognize the ring as the bottom of a space elevator.

The Savitar sets its own anchor and establishes a space elevator to the surface of Titan. There a message engraved in the ceramic anchor above a sealed ceramic box captures the imagination of the team.

The discovery of what appeared to be a shaft going down into the mantle of Titan convinces everyone that a colony had once been established on Titan.

A visit to Mars verifies that the early solar system space travelers were Martians that had suffered a planetary crisis.

After deciphering the message left by the departing Martians, Janet wonders if after two-hundred and twenty million years the surviving Martians still exist.

She composes and sends a message to where the Martians may have gone. After a long waiting period a simple response saying that they had survived and would respond in detail is received. The Confluenceof two civilization occurs

Janet becomes closely tied to a Martian, Nadia, who she learns has written the sad poems of to all those who died on Mars. She names her twins, a boy and a girl, Keren, and Nadia after the two persons that were the leaders in saving the Martian population.

The Martian’s reply that they are glad that there is a three hundred year distance between them and a very talented but also very aggressive human population. That in their short period of human development have out done the two-hundred twenty million years head start that they had.

Janet envisions a long and close relationship long distance relationship with the long departed Martians.

Savitar

Savitar

The Solar System’s two hundred twenty-million-year journey around the edge of the milky way was bringing it back to an encounter that had previously wiped out the Martian civilization. This time the Earth was in the cross hairs.

Zackary Milton, with a PhD in Astronomical History and his professor now his partner Dr. Craig Garrity discover a small blackhole that will interact with the Solar system.

Zack envisions a way to capture and move it out of Earths path.

Craig’s close relationship to the newly elected US president gets the program to protect the planet launched and gets Zack put in charge of the effort to capture and move the black hole.

The effort is globally supported but various factions want control of the gigantic space going vessel named by Zack as Savitar.

An assassination attempt is made on Zack while as he prepares to get the Savitar on its journey. He is saved by his most loyal personal guard, Janet. She has sworn that she will keep him safe.

The Savitar and its crew of four thousand depart earth. They become aware that their path will take them too close to the Moon and will most likely tear their vessel apart.

Zack and his crew overcome that first threat and become sensitive to other potential ways that the Savitar may be sabotaged.

They isolate the Savitar from any computer connection with Earth and take complete internal control.

Subsequent events, including a second assassination attempt of Zack causes a complete reassessment of all control systems.

Each barrier is overcome with the teamwork of the crew.

The Savitar continues to be built as it travels on its multi-year voyage out to intercept and capture the black hole.

How the Savitar captures and contains the black hole is significantly changed from the original plans made on Earth. This change exposes and circumvents a number of preplanned sabotage actions by various parties on earth.

The economic powers on Earth have all designed new, fast spaceships and plan to take control of the Savitar. Craig still on Earth has convinced the US president that Zack is prepared and has the Savitar capable to defend itself against all threats. The US sends out a contingent with only thirty commandos and a group of professionals renowned in their fields of expertise.

Zack prepares for the confrontation with the approaching space vessels in a manner that he hopes will prevent a shooting confrontation. He is set up to do so if necessary and feels certain his defense system is superior to anything he will face.

The approach and the friendly demonstration of the Savitar’s superior capability allows the Savitar to set itself up as the neutral Switzerland of space.

The environment on the Savitar takes on a new and positive way of life.

Janet, his loyal protector, and his true soul mate soul mate get married on the Savitar, on a simulated Hawaiian beach where she had always wanted her wedding to be.

The Savitar is now in control of the small black hole that threatened the Earth. It’s scientists discover the artifacts of a past presence of a space faring civilization in the solar system.

Confluence

The Confluence of two Races of the Solar System

The final, long-awaited knot in the tapestry of a shared sun.

With the Black Void safely contained, the Savitar turns its attention to a mystery buried in the Solar System’s past.

Strange structures on Mars. Impossible artifacts on the moons of Jupiter and Saturn. And on Titan — a colossal ring embedded in the ice, large enough to anchor a space elevator. Zack, now the first President of Savitar, commits to uncovering the truth as the vessel’s inaugural mission.

What they find reshapes everything.

A ceramic anchor.

A sealed box.

A message from a civilization that once navigated the Solar System — the ancient Martians. Their story mirrors humanity’s own: crisis, exodus, survival.

Janet, moved by the Martians’ poetry and their haunting farewell, sends a detailed chronicle of Earth’s history, art, and landscapes to the star system where they may have voyaged. After a long silence, a simple message arrives: We survived. We have flourished. We will reply.

The connection becomes emotionally personal. Janet forms a bond that spans two hundred million years and embraces a Martian, Nadia, who led her people through the solar system and beyond. Nadia who wrote the elegies of a dying Mars. Nadia whose voice, whose passion and bravery reaches across the epic span of time to embrace her.

She names her newborn twins Keren and Nadia in Honor of their ancient spirits that reaches out to her across the millions of years.

The Martians, impressed and wary, acknowledge humanity’s astonishing rise — a mere three hundred years of distance between them and a ferocious species that has already surpassed their early achievements.

Janet envisions a future of shared knowledge, mutual respect, and cosmic kinship. She establishes a Martian Studies department at Savitar University, to be taught by the distant Martians themselves.

Confluence is the story of two civilizations rediscovering each other after two hundred million years and the beginning of a relationship that may shape the future of both.
